I have received a broken product. How do I get a replacement?

The products are eligible for free replacement only in the unlikely event of damaged, defective, or incorrect items being delivered to you. 

If you have received a broken product, please contact us through the button above, and please share an image of your broken product and your order number.


Please note:

This replacement policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the day you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement.
