How much water should we drink in a day?
We are often told to drink 6-9 litres of water every day or 2 glasses of water upon waking up. That is not right - as it puts undue pressure on our kidneys. When it comes to drinking water, there is one simple rule to follow - drink water when you're thirsty.
When you follow the Satvic food system, you will be having so many water rich foods throughout the day, that your water requirement will be fulfilled by that itself.
Even without drinking too much water during the day, you will be urinating more than before. Where did all this water come from? From all the juicy fruits and vegetables!
